Return Information
Damages, discrepancies & returns must be notified to us within 2 days of receiving goods by e-mail, quoting your order number, name, address, description of the product, and reason for sending it back. In the case of damages, a photo of the fault should also be provided. Should you wish to return faulty item/s, please ensure you return it in its original condition, within 2 days of receiving it. Once we have received your returned item/s, it will be refunded, exchanged, or credited towards your next order. We will not be able to accept any items which might have been damaged by mishandling, during customization or alteration
- Refunds will be made once the items are received by us.
- Your refund will be credited by the same method of payment and/or to the same card with which you made your original payment with 4% deduction.
- Refunds can take 7 working days to reflect in your account.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
